The information on this site is provided for general reference. Water treatment recommendations depend on the specific characteristics of your water, plumbing, and property, and are only made after an on-site water test. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific water quality outcomes for your home or business.
Estimates and pricing
Pricing is quoted per job after we understand your water and site conditions, and varies with your water, the equipment and system sizing required, and the plumbing and installation requirements of the property. Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated in that quote.
Installation and payment
Payment is due when the installation is complete and you are satisfied with the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional service calls, parts, and repairs after the original scope are billed separately.
Warranty and Solution Guarantee
Installations and equipment are backed by a warranty, and John guarantees that the system he recommends will address the specific water problem it is designed to solve. Ask John for the specific terms that apply to your system before work begins.

Limitation of liability
